Think You’re Fit? Try a P90X and Insanity hybrid workout.

I love P90X it is a fantastic routine, and it is exceptional if you are trying to build muscle. That is because the P90X routine is really focused on building muscle.  While I love the P90X program, I do feel like it is very time consuming.  The program requires you to workout six days a week, and four of the six days the workouts are over an hour long.  If you are looking to build muscle and you are committed to changing your body, P90X is the program for you!


Insanity is another great program offered by BeachBody.  The Insanity program is designed to ripped the fat off your body using HIIT.  The (HIIT) stands for high intensity interval training, and what it does is spike the heart rate dramatically for about 3 minutes and then you rest for 30 seconds.  Doing this cause the metabolism to sky rocket, allowing you to burn fat for a much longer period after the workout is over.  My preference is to do a hybrid routine that is a combination of both P90X and Insanity.  That way not only are you building muscle you are ripping the fat off at the same time, it is really the best of both worlds!
